The 28-year-old model – who has King Cairo, four, with her ex-partner Tyga and one-month-old daughter Dream Renée with her fiancé Rob Kardashian – loved being able to share the journey to Dream’s birth so publicly with her family, friends and fans.Speaking in a preview for an upcoming episode of Rob & Chyna: Baby Special, she said: “With my first pregnancy, I didn’t do a maternity shoot, I didn’t have a baby shower.“Having to hide your pregnancy is just not a good feeling. So now, with this baby, it’s really important everybody that supported me share this moment.”
