Delta lawmaker rallies constituents for voter registration, census exercise

ASABA—THE member representing Burutu state constituency II, in the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr Kennedy Daubry, has urged the people of the area to come out enmass for the forthcoming voter registration and census exercise.

Daubry, who stated this during a thank you and town hall meeting with his constituents at Ogbobagbene town, told them to mobilise their people from across the country to paticipate in the exercise.

Pledging his loyalty to the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, he enjoined  members of the party in the area to cue behind Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s government and Mr. Kingsley Esiso- led state executive of the party.

He said that there was no division in the party in Burutu Local Government Area, assuring the people of adequate representation.

Chairman of the PDP in Burutu council, Mr Ebike Oromoni, commended Daubry for coming to his constituency to meet with the youths.

He assured that members of the party in the constituency would remain undivided and support the people oriented policies and agenda of Governor Okowa.

Others who spoke in the same vein include Chief Okoloba Dimaro and Pastor Kenneth Ogeibiri.
