Jalingo—GOVERNOR Darius Ishaku of Taraba State, yesterday, called on the opposition parties in the state to join his administration and contribute to the development of the state.
The governor spoke while explaining the reasons behind his state-wide tour to have interface with politicians across the three geo-political zones of the state.
He said: “When I won the election as Governor of Taraba State, I threw my doors open to all those who wanted to build the state with good ideas.
“I thought those who contested against me in the last governorship election has love for the development of Taraba State. I was opened to receive whoever comes with ideas or offer himself as an opposition for us to learn from.
“However, none has shown up to participate and contribute ideas on how to bring development to our people.”
