Ebiere was reported to have said the property merchant has refused to acknowledge the paternity of a child they had together and left the child to her care.
The Managing Director and CEO of Lekki Gardens, Richard Nyong, is in the news over a love child he allegedly had with his ex-member of staff, Miss Ebiere.
In a fresh report by SaharaReporters, Ebiere had released a statement claiming Nyong as the father of her first and only child.
Ebiere was reported to have said the property merchant has refused to acknowledge the paternity of a child they had together and left the child to her care.
“I was his staff and since I started working for him he has not allowed me work in peace without harassing me. I was forced to give in.
“I won't stop until I'm heard. He is your son and I am challenging you to a DNA. You need to take responsibility," Ebiere reportedly claimed.
In the report, Ebiere also claimed Nyong sacked her after she was confirmed pregnant with the baby and has been taking care of the baby all by herself.

The alleged secret lover of the property merchant also challenged him to a paternity test so as to be convinced of the baby's paternity and also take responsibility as one of the parents.
This is coming months after Nyong was arrested by the police on the order of Lagos State Government, after a five-storey building under construction on Kushenla Road, Ikate Elegushi, Lekki collapsed.
