lagos—THE General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has admonished Christians in the country not to lose hope in God, but believe that He is Almighty and has the ability to salvage anyone from depression and ugly situation.
Speaking at the monthly special prayer programme organised for mothers, intending mothers, single parents and their families at the church National headquarters in Ebute-Metta, Lagos, Pastor Adeboye explained that turning to God and embracing a lifestyle of holiness based on the word of God was the only way to secure breakthrough.
Admonishing the congregation on the theme of the programme: ‘No More Waiting’, the revered man of God said: “Put your trust in God alone, man will fail you and many a time, what God wants for you will come in a package that human being may not appreciate but He knows what is the best for you.”
Adeboye also said believers could generate divine attention in their everyday affair if they embrace an attitude of thanksgiving to God and also preach the gospel.
“When you begin to praise God even before you get your miracle, the moment you decide to praise God and witness about Him to others regardless of your present situation, then such waiting is over.”
Also Focus on how to get the problems of others solved, then the waiting will be over,” he said.
