Former governor of Cross Rivers State, Donald Duke must be in high spirits at the moment. Just days after reports revealed that his first daughter, Xerona is engaged to DJ Caise, the proud father is about to receive another in-law as his second daughter, Nella Duke, got engaged earlier this month to the serving Commissioner for Finance, Cross River State, Mr Asuquo Ekpeyong. Nella’s engagement comes less than one week after Xerona announced hers.
31-year-old Mr Ekpeyong proposed to Nella at a private dinner with friends and family four weeks ago. They had reportedly been dating for over a year and had kept their relationship and recent engagement private. The 32-year old commissioner is the youngest in the country and was appointed in 2015 by Governor Ayade.
Recall that Xerona Duke, the governor’s eldest daughter announced on Monday that she was engaged to Derin Phillips, popularly known as DJ Caise. The pretty lady took to her Instagram page to reveal the news. We also gathered that the duo have been dating for years and are now ready to take the next step in the relationship.
