Officials of English Premier League side, West Ham United, will arrive in Nigeria on Wednesday for a two-day business visit. This was confirmed in a release on Monday.
West Ham recently signed a partnership agreement with Nigeria Professional Football League club FC IfeanyiUbah.As part of events lined up while in Nigeria, the Hammers officials
will visit Capital Oil and Gas for a facility tour and also have dinner
with the Nigeria Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick and other
football stakeholders. Also on Wednesday they will hold a press briefing with the media. On Thursday, the officials will depart Lagos for Anambra where they
will meet with board members of the Anambra State Football Association
headed by Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, who will take them on a tour of Ifeanyi Uba
Sport complex and Games village and Okongwu Memorial Grammar School,
Nnewi.The officials will head back to Lagos on Thursday where they will
visit SuperSport studios where they will guests on “Naija Made”.And on Friday, the officials will depart Lagos for London.
