Asa: From flower girl to sex symbol?

Asa

Asa is all shades of beautiful on her latest magazine cover.

Have you seen Asa on the latest edition of The Guardian Life?

It's understatement to say our favourite soul singer looked breathtakingly beautiful. I mean Ms. Asa on the cover of the magazine has more curves than a handcrafted chello.

Asa has transformed fully from the geeky flower girl in 2008 to a sultry soul singer singing her classics in smoky French cafes.

We know sex sells in this business but when you come into the scene with an earthy vibe and persona it's hard to transform your character into something sensual.

Right before our eyes, Asa is pulling this off. She has been gradually shedding that 'woke' (we really hate this word) aura for a more feminine vibe.

I mean the signs have been there within the last three years. She has been showing more cleavage, posting thirst traps and showing more curves. What all these means is that our songbird is coming to terms with her sensuality and sexuality. She is embracing her physical features with more confidence.

The amazing thing about her transformation is that she is yet to lose her soul- the trademark that makes Asa the sweetest songbird out there. She is showing it is possible for you to be in tune with your inner self and still be a #WCW regular.

I wish more female singers would take a cue from her. You don't have to be stripper trashy before you can get any attention. Well, what do I know. I am just a man dreaming about Asa's physical highs and lows.

Her concert on April 29, 2017 is not one to miss.
