Nestle partners with media to enhance biz relationship

In a bid to foster company-media relationship and also to keep abreast with global business trends, Nestle Nigeria Limited last weekend organised a media parley with top executives of some Nigeria press at the company’s corporate headquarters, Ilupeju, Lagos.

Aimed at reaching out to wider Nigeria audience and to showcase some of their existing and new brand products, the Managing Director, Nestle Nigeria limited, Mr. Mauricio Alarcon who was pleased with the highly media presence, having taken time out against their tight schedule, thanked them for their support overtime.

“We believe it is very important to establish a platform for dialogue, that you get a chance to view our space, understand our brand, interact, network and enjoy some of our Nestle breakfast products. All these, is an opportunity to thank you for the support you have given to us for the time being. But more important, it is for keeping update with everything Nestle Nigeria is doing today. We truly believe that for a future work and also partnering with Nestle, we can make a better society.

“I also believe that with this parley, it is up to you to see those things and judge for yourself how we operate in Nigeria with every regards to our nutritional, wellbeing and public health care values Nestle renders to the society.” Alarcon said.

Continuing, he stressed; “This is not only a relationship we built for ourselves but also for those who are important to us in business and to let the public know more about our Creating Service Value CSV initiatives in community development, sports and other supports we are giving to Nigerian young talents and farmers. It is also important that you give us opportunity to introduce a bit of who we are and what the industry stands for.”
